Co-op and internships

We hire co-op and student interns in a variety of roles across our offices in Canada and the United States, including marketing, communications, accounting, finance, business development, engineering, IT (Information Technology), and sustainability.

We foster an environment of learning and development through challenging projects and tasks, regular lunch and learns, networking opportunities, and e-learning courses available to our students.

The campus program now offers a reverse mentorship program where students mentor our senior leaders, instead of the other way around. Students who wish to participate are partnered with a senior leader to mentor for the duration of their work term. As the mentor, students share their thoughts and experiences as it relates to the topics their mentee is interested in. Both student and senior leader learn from each other's perspectives and gain a new connection within Liberty.

To be considered for a co-op, internship, or summer opportunity, students must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution (college or university).
