Financial Reporting

We create accurate and timely financial statements that reflect the financial health and performance of our organization. Our goal is to transform raw financial data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, promote transparency, and build trust with stakeholders.

Tax

We efficiently execute tax compliance, reporting, planning and risk management responsibilities. We embrace a transformational mindset, foster an environment that promotes continuous technical development and have a deep understanding of the business.

FP&A

We are partners to the business and Executive Leadership teams, providing strategic financial decision-making support, budgeting, and forecasting.  Our team of highly talented finance professionals who act as catalysts at the intersection of finance and business strategy.

Internal Audit

We are spread across Canada, USA, and Chile to collaborate with the business as a trusted advisor to provide independent and objective assurance and consultation to continuously improve business operations.

Enterprise Risk Management

We are seeking dynamic individuals who can juggle certainty like a pro and turn potential pitfalls into victories. As part of our team, you will participate in risk management of operational, financial, reputational, and strategic risks with experts from the front line to the management level.

Internal Controls Compliance

We manage the execution of the Sarbanes Oxley Act program and to provide the business with insightful controls expertise to help build an efficient control framework. The team works with the business and other various stakeholders to design and create controls to mitigate key financial reporting risks and ensure compliance.

Treasury

We collaborate with all functional areas of the business, with key accountabilities including oversight of cash flow to maintain sufficient liquidity, managing credit rating agency relationships and executing capital markets transactions to drive value for both internal and external stakeholders.
