Liberty Customer Service Representatives interact with our customers in person and on the phone to address their varied needs. Throughout our customers’ journey with us, our goal is to ensure their experience is as seamless as possible. Whatever it is that brings our customers in, the Contact Center team is here, ready to help!
Collections
At Liberty, our Collections Representatives are responsible for keeping our arrears within budget and our bad debt expense to a minimum. Whether it’s facilitating a tailored payment arrangement or providing guidance on assistance programs available, our dedicated Collections team works tirelessly to equip our customers with tools and resources to help them succeed!
Billing
Liberty Billing Representatives work to ensure our customers are provided with accurate and timely billing throughout our service territories. Collaborating with teams across the enterprise, they diligently employ their expertise to facilitate transactions that not only inform but also empower our customers. By keeping them fully informed about their account activity, the Liberty Billing team enables our customers to make informed decisions regarding their energy and water costs.
Consumer Advocacy
Our Consumer Advocacy team addresses and resolves escalated complaints, including those filed with our regulatory bodies. Working collectively with other departments throughout the organization, this team also assists with data requests, analytics, and supports and participates in rate case preparation and response.
