Training Coordinator

This role will be supporting training activities and efforts across projects within the Transformation team.  The role is responsible for scheduling, managing logistics and coordinating training activities with multiple teams and stakeholders. The training efforts will be critical to enterprise wide projects that include changes to business processes, systems and technology.

The role will work closely within business stakeholders, project team and Learning & Development team at Liberty.


• Work closely with Training Lead to coordinate various activities to deliver training on projects
• Build training schedules and identify participants for training interventions
• Develop training schedules, delivery strategy, notify participants and prepare training facilities
• Coordinate training logistics, including locations, event space and working with local teams and vendors to make reservations
• Utilize the Learning Management System to set up instructor led trainings, test elearnings, record attendance and query reports on completion
• Provide reporting across tools on training effectiveness, including LMS and survey tools
• Maintain websites (SharePoint) for individual projects and update with latest training materials
• Create timelines and work plans for each training event
• Develop training collateral, like presentations and job aids on projects
• Learn and use content authoring tools to create elearnings and demonstrations
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of learning and training
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow process
• Enthusiastic learner of new technology and learning tools
• Embraces technology mediums including an LMS, e-learning, mobile and more
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced project environment
• High-level Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Ability to pivot between training activities as priorities evolve
• Fosters good working relationships and gains credibility through superior performance
