The Talent Acquisition Coordinator Co-op’s focus will be supporting the campus initiatives designed to enhance the development and success of the campus program, enterprise-wide.  You will also support the Talent Acquisition team on a variety of projects as well as employer branding on campus and via social media. This role will require you to collaborate with many internal teams as well as external contacts such as candidates, career centers, and student associations.


  • Shortlist candidates for co-op and entry level opportunities across the enterprise
  • Coordinating interviews with students, schools and hiring leaders
  • Organizing co-op work term events and scheduling Fall 2021 orientation
  • Support with additional selection steps such as offer letters, background checks, etc.
  • Support talent acquisition projects such as question job banks
  • Social media support including partnering with internal teams to gather content and post on social media channels

Education and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a College or University program in Human Resources or similar equivalent with a co-op requirement
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Experience with using applicant tracking systems, an asset
  • Proven team player who enjoys working collaboratively with diverse groups
  • Demonstrated behaviour that indicates personal commitment to innovation, teamwork, flexibility and integrity
