What will you do?

Reporting to the Director – Enterprise Program Management, this position will assist program and project leaders with administering and controlling all aspects select projects. This includes the creation and administration of the project plans, project documents, time reporting and financial controls. 

A professional in this position will have the following responsibilities.




  • Assist project management leadership in monitoring, controlling, and administering project progress and performance and other aspects of project management (scope, time, cost, quality and risk)
  • Compile and issue, with the support of Project Managers and other leaders, presentations, status reports and dashboards across stakeholder teams inclusive of senior leadership 
  • Ensure deliverables across teams maintain established quality standards with consistency
  • Ensure project controls and policies are applied and functioning according to defined processes  
  • Evaluate project needs applying governance controls when necessary to enable successful delivery
  • Facilitate project change request management process ensuring impacts are reflected in the plan
  • Maintain project document repositories prepare content for various recurring meetings 


Education and Experience


  • Business degree, engineering, computer science or equivalent experience 
  • Nice to have: Project Management Professional (PMP)®credentials 
  • 4+ years in a project management, project controls or similar role, supporting one or more projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical situations
  • Proficient with and Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio)
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities  
  • Track record of preparing exceptional delivery team, management and executive project reports
  • Understand the importance of change management principles and leverage communication plans/mediums to achieve buy-in
  • Experience in energy & utilities including regulated electric, gas and water is an asset
