Purpose
The Manager, Cybersecurity Engineering is accountable for leading and managing a team of cybersecurity engineers supporting both the Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. These teams support and provide cybersecurity services in the design, development, and maintenance of the organization’s cybersecurity posture. The Manager, Cybersecurity Engineering is accountable for ensuring security controls are appropriately applied and maintained through supporting projects and technology systems across the enterprise.

Accountabilities
- Manages the quality and delivery of cybersecurity engineering services and functions to the enterprise.
- Manage and oversee the deployment of cybersecurity tools, technology, and systems across the IT & OT environments.
- Manage the engineering team in the support of business projects across the enterprise.
- Oversee Set the vision and roadmap for continued development and structure of the cybersecurity engineering team. 26%-50% (a core part of the job)
- Manage Team Members (Conducting Performance Reviews, Developing Individual Development Plans, Identifying and Monitoring Goal Performance, etc.)
- Ensure policies, procedures, and standards are followed and met by all employees and team members
- Develop and maintain talent in a competitive, safe, diverse, inclusive, and supportive working environment 26%-50% (a core part of the job)
Education and Experience
- Proven Experience Leading People
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Risk Management or related field.
- Combined 10+ years of experience in Technology risk and compliance roles
- Adeptness and proficiency at leveraging wide range of technology tools and solutions to assess data, automate processes, and support a variety of fast growing and changing business needs
- Excellent internal/external stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in agile, changing and fast growing environments
- Excellent understanding of how IT runs and its operational processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, teamwork skills, and an engaging personality; a proven ability to effectively interface with a diverse range of roles at all levels
