Purpose
The Benefits Associate is responsible for the administration of day-to-day benefit plans (as assigned) and Total Rewards programs that support the strategic goals of the Benefits Department. This inlcudes project delivery including scope, timelines, resources, budget, risks and issues, relationships and communication under direct supervision. This role is responsible for meeting deadlines and goals. Continually strive to improve the efficiency of our Benefits operations across the organization.

Accountabilities
- Administers policies and procedures to support day-to-day benefit activities
- Liaison with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate record keeping and reporting of all benefit related items
- Responsible to ensure the programs, communication, processes and systems are continuously updated to ensure compliance
- Responsible to ensure the accurate and efficient execution of the Health and Wellness Administration
- Assist with competitive benchmarking exercises, development of new programs, recommendations, integration and alignment of existing programs
- Assist with the development, maintenance and execution of an organization wide communnication/information strategy(s), tools and campaigns to help employees understand their Health and Wellness programs and support the Total Reward philosophy
- Assist with all related audits and legislative filings and reporting
- Assist as needed with Acquisition activities
- Assist as needed with any Rate Cases requests
Education and Experience
- 2-5 years experience: Benefits Administration experience
- Understanding of benefit products, administration best practice, and program implementation
- Understanding of relevant legislation
- Change management
- Communication written and presentation
- Ceridian People Power and payroll systems
Compensation Data
Full base salary range $64,000.00- $95,000.00 per year*Liberty considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, training and skills, and geographic location.
