Program Manager - Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

Proficiently administer performance and project management programs, generate metrics and reports for the Executive Department.  This position is a developmental role for leadership career advancement.


  • Responsible for performance & reporting through developing and administering various performance programs and associated reports across the Executive Leadership group
  • Developing and managing key metrics depicting performance of the Executive Department activities.
  • Instrumental in providing Project Management through building project plans including resource, timeline, dependency, cost components and administering strategic and project plans
  • Efficient and effective delivery of diverse and multifaceted initiates while managing groups to ensure delivery of project work plans.
  • Responsible for developing and issuing daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports illustrating technical, financial and performance descriptions and metrics, developing and administering a document control program for the Executive Leadership group
  • Scheduling meetings and ensuring employee communications and engagement of programs.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or technical discipline with five years progressive experience in a related role required.   Master's degree a plus.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Project required.
  • Proficient in data analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage project deliverables on schedule, self-manage and meet business needs.
  • Strong ability to develop executive-quality reports and presentations required. 
  • Ability to build successful relationships and manage expectations across the business units.
  • Excellent verbal and oral communications skills, ability to maintain transparent and open communication across the business units.
  • Effective team player with excellent and written communication skills.
  • Flexible with traveling within the US & Canada required. #LI-DS1
