Intern, Administrative Coordinator (Vegetation Management)

Liberty Utilities has an opening for an Intern within our Vegetation Management Department.  In this position, you will provide administrative support to vegetation management, including data extraction, analysis, project tracking, building reports and contract monitoring.



  • Overall Program/Project Process
    • Assist in identifying comprehensive listing of VM program & assist in creating a plan of implementation/prioritization
  • Invoicing needs
    • Drafting report needs in Power Bi for invoice backup 
    • Assistance with SAP interface/report building 
    • Reconciling current invoice databases.  
  • Data Needs 
    • Production reports of crews, arborists, and other. 
    • PUC related reporting 
    • Tree Interruption reporting needs 
    • Tree Related WR costs report 
    • New Construction progress & audit needs. 
    • Cycle work progress & audit needs. 
    • Work planning progress & audit needs

Education and Experience


  • Second year of college minimum 
  • Proficient utilization with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) required.
  • Experience with Power BI preferred
  • Energetic and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to analyze and reconcile invoices
  • Well-developed verbal, written, communication and presentation skills required.
  • Flexible with traveling to other company sites and locations.
  • Driver’s license required.
