In addition to the core role focused on growth, the Key Account Representative will focus on maintaining excellence in customer delivery. The position will play a key role in construction projects, serving as a primary point of contact in the front end of the process.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for prospective customers interested in choosing natural gas at various points of the sales process. Identify and cultivate relationships with customers and trade allies engaged in the new construction and conversion process. Manage the flow of sales data in Company CRM, including creating sales opportunities, updating project-related information, and processing work through the SAP system.
  • Actively collaborate with Liberty team members to achieve meter and gross profit margin objectives, while maintaining financial accountability for capital expenditures by ensuring capital spend is planned, monitored, and delivered in line with approved budgets.
  • Represent and advocate for customer needs with internal departments by directing issues to the proper channels for resolution and improving customer satisfaction.
