Purpose
Position responsible for compliance and regulatory field activities and distribution systems and facilities applicable, Performs such work in accordance with Company, regulatory and safety procedures.
Accountabilities
- Completes and maintains accurate records and reports to comply with Company and regulatory requirements
- Perform tasks related to cathodic protection, including but not limited to: installation of cathodic protection related equipment; and installing & monitoring CP test points; performing pipeline patrols, and galvanic survey
- Observes and reports all abnormal, dangerous and/or damaged conditions pertaining to gas meters and adjacent areas.
- Atmospheric Corrosion Survey & remedial action
Education and Experience
- High School / GED
- Job experience typically acquired in 3 - 5 years (preferred)
- Must have or acquire minimum Operator Qualifications (OQs) and classroom training for position
- Requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Company standards. May require CDL, and/or willingness to pursue
