Senior Infrastructure Analyst

The Senior Infrastructure Analyst role will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible the design deployment and management of the Operational Technology. This includes securing, configuring, and optimizing of OT systems and services. The team member will work within the OT team to develop and deploy best in class technologies in a secure and reliable way to support the operations of the company. This team works across multiple business units to support the safe and reliable operations of the industrial control systems. 


  • Serve as a domain expert for Operational technology systems and services
  • Collaborate with business and IT leadership to assess short-term and long-term system requirements associated with the organization's operational needs.
  • Work with vendors and other engineers to assess and understand technologies and develop proposed beneficial technical solutions for the OT environments
  • Ability to analyze partner requirements and convert into secure OT solutions.
  • Lead and assist in OT capital projects as an systems SME. 
  • Lead and assist in improving and maintaining security posture across the OT systems and services in line with security and regulatory policies
  • Identify technology gaps and work with system engineers and managers to evaluate and select appropriate profit solutions and innovations
  • Build and maintain documentation within the OT systems domain. 
  • Support day-to-day operation of OT systems and services. Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation and respond to outages related to OT systems and services
  • Support a high availability of OT systems and services. Ensure uptime consistent with the organization's business requirements
  • Travel to sites and project locations 15-25%

Education and Experience

5-10 years’ experience designing, deploying, and managing systems within the enterprise environment.
Expert level knowledge in OT\ICS systems support.
Expert level knowledge in reliable and secure operations of industrial software.
Knowledge of control systems: SCADA, EMS, ADMS, DCS, HMI; demonstrated experience a real plus
Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task and prioritize across competing initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing technical landscapes
Ability to connect with business partners from many different backgrounds and technical abilities
Experience in Operational Technology solutions preferred
Experience in VMware, MS Server, Active Directory, Citrix technologies preferred
Knowledge of OT/ICS/SCADA environments/technologies; demonstrated experience preferred
Knowledge of OT protocols: DNP3/Modbus/ICCP/OPC/SEL; demonstrated experience preferred
Knowledge of control systems: SCADA, EMS, ADMS, DCS, HMI; demonstrated experience preferred
Experience in database administration/management preferred
Experience in Server administration/management preferred
Experience in infrastructure management preferred
Knowledge of ICS regulatory frameworks; demonstrated experience preferred
Experience working within the utility or generation industry preferred
Experience working in mission critical and/or life safety facilities preferred 1
