The Liberty Renewables Graduate Program

We know how stressful and overwhelming it can be to search for work after graduating. That's why Liberty offers new grads with an opportunity to gain valuable industry experience, without having years of previous experience.

The Liberty Renewables Graduate Program is a two-year rotational program, designed to provide new graduates with the breadth of experience and knowledge of renewable generation.

At the start of the program, you will start your journey understanding more about our organization with an orientation, which includes a site visit and learning from individuals across fundamental departments. This overview will help launch the foundation of learning that you will receive throughout the program. At the completion of our in-depth orientation, you will complete three rotations in one of two streams- Engineering and Commercial Management. This will provide you with industry-specific, technical, and professional skills you will need after completion in the program.
