Senior Infrastructure Analyst

The Senior Infrastructure Analyst role will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for architecture, engineering and operations of the Operational Technology Infrastructure. This includes securing, configuring and optimizing all systems and services. Develop and implementation of standards and solutions including ICS visibility, zero trust and private cloud.  Acts as an SME for OT infrastructure teams in the design, delivery and support of OT solutions. The Senior Infrastructure Analyst’s obligation will be to maintain SLAs for all organizational OT infrastructure solutions.



  • Serve as a domain expert for OT infrastcutre including systems, services and network. 
  • Collaborate with business and IT leadership to assess short-term and long-term capacity requirements associated with the organization's OT infrastructure
  • Work with vendors and other engineers to assess and understand technologies and develop proposed beneficial technical solutions for the OT environments
  • Ability to analyze partner requirements and convert into secure OT solutions.
  • Work within established configuration and organizational change policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the infrastructure
  • Support a high availability OT infrastructure and ensure uptime consistent with the organization's business requirements
  • Assist and/or Lead IT/OT Capital Projects
  • Assist in improving and maintaining security posture across the infrastructure services and equipment in line with security and regulatory policies
  • Identify technology gaps and work with system engineers and managers to evaluate and select appropriate profit solutions and innovations
  • Build and maintain documentation
  • Support day-to-day operation of IT/OT infrastructure and services. Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation and respond to outages related to infrastructure and services
  • Assist with handling relationship with data center and telecommunications services providers
  • Travel to sites and project locations 10-15%

Education & Experience

  • Experience designing, developing and deploying infrastructure in an enterprise environment
  • Expert level knowledge in enterprise level systems and infrastructure
  • Expert level knowledge in VMware, MS Server, Active Directory, Citrix technologies
  • Experience working with Cisco networking including routers, switches and firewalls
  • Experience working with enterprise security solutions 
  • Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task and prioritize across competing initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing technical landscapes
  • Ability to connect with business partners from many different backgrounds and technical abilities

Desired Experience (not required)

  • Knowledge of OT/ICS/SCADA environments/technologies; demonstrated experience a real plus
  • Knowledge of OT protocols: DNP3/Modbus/ICCP/OPC/SEL; demonstrated experience a real plus
  • Experience working in an industrial environments
  • Experience working in the utility or power space
  • Experience with automation
  • Knowledge/Experience with regulatory frameworks in the OT space
  • Knowledge/Experience with Industry security frameworks
  • Knowledge/Experience with cybersecurity technologies into an industrial environment
