With a high degree of initiative, the Executive Assistant provides or leads a full range of administrative support to members of the State and/or Regional Leadership Team. Exercising strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, tact and diplomacy, while understanding the importance of building and maintaining relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders.  Prioritization of varied responsibilities will be key in supporting the senior leaders.


  • Maintain close and highly responsive relationships to the day-to-day activities of the Executives and other senior leaders
  • Proactive maintenance and coordination of calendars involving extensive planning in order to utilize time in the most efficient manner.
  • Accountable for maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to which the executive provides representation. This requires managing meeting schedules and travel coordination as well as public relations functions.
  • Offer solutions on a regular basis to support office of Executives
  • Prepare presentations, research, and collate information from a variety of sources
  • Manage ever-changing calendar, prioritizing using own judgement
  • Regularly handle confidential material, information and exercises with discretion.
  • Administer all correspondence, travel arrangements and expense processing for the supported executive.


Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders and/or Executives
  • You have exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in an environment of changing priorities and strict time constraints.
  • Your professionalism includes the ability to problem solve and exercise discretion, judgment, diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal & written.
  • Forward-thinking, with an ability to anticipate needs or issues and create solutions
  • Adaptable when faced with change, ambiguity, and competing priorities
  • You possess a high level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize social media
  • Ability to work flexible hours with early mornings at times #LI-DS1
