Manager, Enterprise Cybersecurity Program

As an Enterprise Cybersecurity Program Manager at Liberty, you will be leading the coordination and supporting the execution of the cybersecurity strategy across the organization. You will collaborate with internal business, IT, and outside parties in support of the overarching goals of the cybersecurity program. You will develop project schedules, collaborate with interdepartmental teams, and provide regular updates to executive leadership meeting emerging business and IT requirements in cybersecurity and optimizing existing service capabilities to ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will work with a highly dynamic team supporting critical infrastructure utilities on an international stage.

• Provides overall strategic management, defines the program scope and objectives, manages project’s scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Develops project management plans, project documentation, work breakdown structures, project schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation
• Provide oversight and consolidate status of all in-flight and planned security, risk, and compliance projects.
• Lead in defining and executing current, emerging, and future Cybersecurity capabilities and investments for organizational tactical and strategic roadmaps.
• Oversee the design, development, and publishing of operational, performance and risk reduction dashboards.
• Oversee the design, development, and publishing of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines in collaboration with business and IT departmental management.

• Risk management or cybersecurity experience, preferably in an enterprise setting
• Strong and demonstrated problem solving skillset
• Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent interpersonal, team and organization skills.
• Must have experience in managing action items, working to resolve issues and identifying program risks.
• Must have experience with identifying, scheduling, tracking progress and reporting tasking.
• Must be able to understand the risk management process, risk mitigation, and risk tracking.
• Must have a proficient knowledge of cyber security, information security and knowledge of network components.
• Must be able to clearly define tasking, communicate topics to leadership through concise and succinct presentations, to organize meeting preparation materials.


Education and Experience

Additional Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field; or an associate degree plus four (4) years of related cybersecurity or program management experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing IT projects, business projects, and enterprise programs.
• Experience managing, implementing and successfully executing complex technology or program rollouts and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and regions.
• Relevant experience in Critical Infrastructure or Public-Sector.

Security Requirement:
Candidate must be a Canadian or United States citizen.
